Hubert Humphrey Fellowships 2024-2025 Fully Funded for Non-Degree Programs for International Students. This scholarship covers full tuition fees. Standard room and board, textbooks, one-time cost for purchasing a computer. and professional development assistance funds
The Humphrey Fellowship Program is for professionals interested in enhancing their managerial abilities through the exchange of knowledge and shared understanding of issues of concern in their home countries and the United States.
For one year of non-degree graduate research leadership development and professional collaboration with U.S. partners. The Humphrey Program will recruit young and mid-career professionals from specified countries.
Apply for the fully-funded MEXT scholarship. Japanese language and IELTS/TOEFL proficiency is not required for this scholarship.
