The ICT Fund BETHA program is open for applications from Emirati students intending to study a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the academic year 2024-2025. The ICT Fund aims to promote Emirati technology education by running the Betha program for students. Undergraduate and graduate students who wish to study ICT-related topics
In cooperation with many universities and educational organizations, the ICT Fund offers scholarships to outstanding learners. To help create a new generation well-versed in science and technology. which can guide the future of the UAE in the ICT sector. The Betha program has awarded hundreds of scholarships for bachelor’s and master’s degrees. and has so far offered Emirati students the opportunity to study in the United Arab Emirates, United States, Australia and Japan.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the ICT Fund BETHA program for Emirati students. Applicants must meet the following criteria.
- Required language: English
- Eligible Countries: United Arab Emirates
Admission requirements for postgraduate (Master’s degree) programs:
- Should be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates and provide a civil registration as evidence.
- You should apply for a field of study specializing in telecommunications and information technology.
- Should have a cumulative score of 3.00 or higher at the bachelor’s degree level.
- Should not receive scholarships or other financial assistance from other agencies.
- In case of employment, master’s degree students are entitled to receive a scholarship without having to receive a monthly allowance.
Admission requirements for undergraduate (bachelor) degree programs:
- Should be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates and provide a civil registration as evidence.
- Achieved a minimum of 75% in the Secondary School Certificate or equivalent in school.
- You should apply for a field of study specializing in telecommunications and information technology.
- Should have completed secondary education or equivalent in the last three years.
- should not be hired
- Should not receive scholarships or other financial assistance from other agencies.
How to apply to join the ICT Fund BETHA project?
Please follow the following application instructions to apply for the ICT Fund BETHA Program for Emirati Students:
- Please prepare clear copies of:
– Full acceptance/application letter (Conditional approval will not be accepted)
– High school diploma for undergraduate students certified by the Ministry of Higher Education or equivalent. (Results final result)
– Academic transcripts for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree. (Official transcript with seal (stamp) and signature of the registrar’s office)
– family book (all pages without exception)
– Official IBAN letter which bears the stamp (stamp) and signature of the bank.
